I think they finally fixed a failed transmission by replacing the whole unit. It actually took three tries. The first time they replaced a sensor. The second time they replaced the torque converter. replacing the whole unit. It actually took three tries. The first time they replaced a sensor. The second time they replaced the torque converter. The third time they replaced the whole transmission. All three were performed using the extended warranty and Honda Care for towing. One star is missing because the first two service technicians either didn't correctly diagnose the problem or performed the repair incorrectly which caused the transmission to fail for the third time. Had to make lots of phone calls to dealership to finally receive copy of purchase contract after signing it when auto was delivered to our home. Very disappointed as the heater on the seats do not work eve receive copy of purchase contract after signing it when auto was delivered to our home. Very disappointed as the heater on the seats do not work even tho dealership had done a pre check. Now we have to take it to the local Honda dealership to see if they can fix it. The good news is we love the truck. We really appreciate Tabal Salba and his coworker delivered the truck to our home otherwise we wouldn’t have bought it. Also satisfied with the price we paid. More
Service to car was good. On time as promised. However, I waited over 40 minutes after speaking to someone who took down the milage a brief description of what needed to be do On time as promised. However, I waited over 40 minutes after speaking to someone who took down the milage a brief description of what needed to be done (outside in the drop off area) to speak to the service adviser who wrote up my service work order. It only took about 3 minutes to say what needed to be done, then I was able to leave. I even asked the receptionist, after 30 minutes of waiting, if my name was called and I didn't hear it. I was told the service adviser was busy and would get to me soon. It seems to me that some priority should given to customers that want to drop off and get going, More
