We were able to get new tires that were in stock and received the service in a timely manner. I did not expect to deal with they type of engine failure I experienced so soon from a 3 year old car. The car is a commuter, but required a new gasket, which resulted to a very costly repair. The staff helped a bit with reducing the cost of the issue, but still ended up spending a few thousand $$$$ for the repair. I wish Honda would see trending issues and expedited their recalls.
