Jeff was an AWESOME salesman and made the entire process pain-free. This is our 3rd Honda we purchased through Jeff! We had to wait a week or so for the color we wanted which we understood. The check in time was slow, but understandable due to new ownership/system. However, I was told that service should take approximately 1 hour 45 minutes. I left to do some shopping and came back approximat ownership/system. However, I was told that service should take approximately 1 hour 45 minutes. I left to do some shopping and came back approximately 2 hours later. I waited for about another hour with no update and then checked at service deck to ensure they knew I was back and waiting. After another 2 hours with no update we checked again and the car was done and parked at the front of the check out line with several cars behind it. I do not know how long it had been completed while we sat and waited. In addition, on November 11th, my Honda van had a warning light come on. I went to the website and used the chat feature to ask if that was something I could just bring in to have checked or if I needed to make an appointment. I received an automated reply thanking me for texting and that they would be with me shortly. I never heard back. I called the next day to ask the same question and left a message with the service department and never received a return call. The warning light went away after a day or so, so I never had the issue assessed at the dealership. More
