Great salesman! My problems started as soon as I arived and the only handicap parking had a dealership vehicle in it and almost all the spots around the building. My problems started as soon as I arived and the only handicap parking had a dealership vehicle in it and almost all the spots around the building. Luckily I was feeling good that day and parked in the lineup of new cars. Walked to the front door and noticed cigarette butts on the ground and some trash not a big deal. Hard winds in the area the last day or so and it's cold outside. Very friendly walking in. Met right away with the salesman very professional. We went on the test drive, while on the drive I received a call from the dealership and answered it. It was kind of a course sounding tone asking if I was going to arive for my scheduled test drive? I replied I'm on the test drive now! Got back to the dealership and no place to park. I found a spot as close as possible. I was afraid of banging the doors into the vehicles to the right and left of me. Went inside and sat back down. Salesman had to go talk to someone about our 5 year old trade in. Our trade was paid off, well maintained, and clean title in hand. So this guy comes over introduced himself gave me a resume about how long he has been In the car dealership industry. He was very reluctant to put our trade value down on paper? This is a dealership it part of you or someones job. Don't act like it's a burden. 7 minutes later or so a number was on a piece of paper. I will skip the rest. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I test drove. I hope the service center is not a disappointment. I have family that as purchased vehicles from the original owners but I think Victory need some training in a few areas. Thank you. More
We were leaving for Florida on the 31st. On the 30th, I came into Peoria for a haircut. As I was headed home to load the car, a new light came up on the dash—problem with the fuel emissions On the 30th, I came into Peoria for a haircut. As I was headed home to load the car, a new light came up on the dash—problem with the fuel emissions system. Since I was close to Honda, I ran by the service department. The service foreman came out and ran diagnostics. He determined that we probably had a bad fuel injector. Naturally, the service department was extremely busy on both the 30th and 31st, and was closing early on the 31st. After verifying they had the parts needed, Darrin Reardon said to leave the car, and he would get it taken care of the next day. I know he doesn’t normally take on jobs, and an extremely grateful for him going above and beyond to get us on the road as quickly as possible. Emmalyn Garland was also very helpful. We have been loyal Honda customers for many years, but this cemented the deal. We are very grateful this occurred when it did, and we could work with our local dealership. Our gratitude to all involved, and especially Darrin. More

The new staff seems eager to please it's customers, and the lady in the F and I department was very helpful. When I got home, I discovered that one of the key fobs didn't work, so I took it back and it wa the lady in the F and I department was very helpful. When I got home, I discovered that one of the key fobs didn't work, so I took it back and it was reprogrammed in a few minutes and then it worked fine. More
