I was choosing between two models and kept going back and forth trying to decide on which one. It took about three weeks before I finally decided on the model i wanted. David and the dealership were as nice forth trying to decide on which one. It took about three weeks before I finally decided on the model i wanted. David and the dealership were as nice as they could be with someone changing their mind so often. And when i did decide on the one I wanted they had to go get it from another dealer. All along they were friendly, very helpful and with a ton of patience; i guess that's why I've bought five or six cars from them over the years. They always are low keel and not pressuring you into buying something; they give you space and time while being very helpful. I give them a five star rating on a three star grading system!!! More
Gary Marlin did a fantastic job for myself and my wife. He did everything to make sure we were satisfied with our selections. We actually picked two vehicles, a Fusion and an Escape. We stopped at Bonner Springs Ford on a random basis. We were actually heading to another dealership but due to traffic issues, we stopped by Bonner Springs Ford. The owner first met us and made us feel very comfortable. He offered to have someone help us, to leave us alone, or be available for questions. We went in and the owner was very helpful to us. Gary then assisted us test drive the Escape and Fusion. After this initial visit, I had no intention of going anywhere else. A couple of emails later, Gary found the vehicles we were looking for. I would highly recommend Bonner Springs Ford and Gary Marlin for their wonderful service. More
I felt Brad was brushing me off, the problem I pointed out to him was rust inside the cabin on the front seat mount. He said he rubbed off the rust but it appeared to me that he sanded with steel wool or out to him was rust inside the cabin on the front seat mount. He said he rubbed off the rust but it appeared to me that he sanded with steel wool or sand paper down to the metal and did not apply a protective coating to prevent future problems. He kept referring to our 3 year warranty ( which was out by 2 or 3 weeks) and other rhetoric pertaining to the drive train warranty and $100 deductible . Not getting to the dealer within the 3 year period is my fault, this is not my primary vehicle so the rust just came to my attention. My problem is the dealership should not have sanded that part if they were not going to finish the process and apply a rust proof application of whatever is appropriate. I was told the rust came off not how it came off. I could have done what they did and save myself, especially the time ( which is more valuable then the money I was charged for this whole process). Bottom line, I am not happy, I am not going back to that dealership and I am disappointed because I was hoping to do more business because they are closer than the other dealership, which I had a great experience with on a non-ford product. I am not happy. More
I just bought a 2012 Ford Escape & I love it. I told Gary what I was looking for & what I needed my payment to be & he did it. I am so happy with my new car. Bonner springs Ford is the best place in this area to purchase a vehicle. Their employees are very friendly and helpful. I bought two vehicles from Zeck Ford in Leavenworth last year and totally wasted my time in the process. They were rude, uncooperative and unprofessional. I tried Bonner Springs Ford for my most recent purchase and was pleasantly surprised. Quite honestly I was not EVER going to buy a Ford after the “Zeck Experience”. I must say that Bonner Springs – only 10 miles from Zeck is far superior. From the minute I walked in to test drive, to the last experience from taking ownership of my new truck – the “Bonner Experience” was much different. Friendly, non-pressured, helpful and willing to assist in any way (even buying my wife a Coke – Zeck pointed us to the pop machine! Please – please – please go to Bonner, don’t waste the extra drive to Leavenworthless Zeck Ford. More

These folks went out of their way to make sure I got the exact car that I wanted. I had got one, but I wanted a sunroof and the Sirius radio and they took back the original one and found me the perfect car exact car that I wanted.
