Excellent top-notch I started off my experience with online Shannon did an excellent job answering my questions and getting back to me and following up which led us to co I started off my experience with online Shannon did an excellent job answering my questions and getting back to me and following up which led us to come to the dealership once at the dealership they showed us several different vehicles that had features we were looking at, offered to bring in other vehicles from different dealership if we could not find what we were happy with their. We were able to find a vehicle on their lot that we wanted.We were there in a very busy night we received a phone call right away the next morning dealerships making us their offer & loved that Jeff was okay dealing with a female, have not had that other couple other dealerships always wanted to talk to my husband about our truck. We had a very good experience we are able to come to an agreement on terms and conditions of our truck very top notch and I'd like to thank Jeff & the team at Victory Ford for all they did most definitely would go back and look for my next new vehicle Victory Ford they were a vVctory in my book!
