From my first phone call to walking out of Victory with our "new" used car, the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. I discovered them online at some distance from my home, so the process required our "new" used car, the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Their promises to find answers to various questions and call me back took minutes -- very refreshing after waiting hours and having to finally call two other dealers back that same morning to remind them I existed. Ben and Kim even stayed two hours after closing time so I could drive 200 miles to pick up the vehicle, as I needed it for a family trip the next day. When I arrived, instead of finding unexpected fees added to the final cost, they had actually rounded the price down. In addition to the helpfulness of the staff and the highly competitive price, the final selling point was the free nationwide powertrain warranty. This is not a dealership-only warranty with fine print that renders it practically useless, but a true nationwide service. It is conveniently posted on the Victory website where it can be (and was) read fully in advance. Nor was the price of the vehicle significantly raised to cover the warranty, then advertised as "free". In summery, based on my one experience with Victory, I have been recommending them to my friends. In fact one friend already drove 150 miles to check out their inventory. More
