This is my second vehicle purchased from this dealership and have had multiple vehicles service here. Sales person (Justin Headley) was very helpful in my most recent purchase of my used but like new 2004 C and have had multiple vehicles service here. Heard about Victory from the "Rick and Bubba Show" with Speedy and Breck doing the commercial - - thought we'd give it a try - - glad we did. Had it hauled in on Wednesday night and by Friday afternoon re Speedy and Breck doing the commercial - - thought we'd give it a try - - glad we did. Had it hauled in on Wednesday night and by Friday afternoon received a call saying we could get it by close of business that night. Brought it in with a "switch" problem and the only reason it took as long as it did was they had to track down a broken wire in the steering column. I have visited the service department several times over the last month. During one of my earlier visits, a rental vehicle was provided so that I could return to work. My most recent visit, I dealt with Terrie. She was very friendly, helpful, and informed. The day after I picked up my car, she even made a followup call to make sure that everything was working properly. Although this dealership is 38 miles from our home, we were pleased with the reception the first time we stopped in several months ago. Another plus was the "President's Club" offered for routine mainten were pleased with the reception the first time we stopped in several months ago. Mr. Copeland found the vehicle we wanted and made arrangements for it to be brought to Victory for us. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More

Entire staff was very nice and will to do whatever it take to help me take home a GMC Terrain. Got a great price on the Terrain and they gave me top dollar for my trade. I will be back!! Larry took the time to find the car we wanted even though it was not on the lot. He had it availible the next business day.It was a demonstrater with 2200 miles on it but looked brand new. We drove it and he showed us the many options it had. He helped us set up the Bluetooth and Onstar navigation system which we needed the next weekend when we needed to find a funeral home. We called Onstar and they downloaded a map to our navigation system and we were home free thanks to Larry. More
