We were the winning bidder on Ebay for a Honda Accord. The sell price was $8,900. First of all, we tried contacting you, the seller, and it took 2 days to get in touch with anyone. Then, a day later we were told you would not finance. That was not really a problem, since we had the cash anyway. But, still it was odd that we got mixed signals. Next, we agreed with Jim Copeland to pick up the car on Saturday, Jan. 8. He calls us that morning to say the power is out and could be out for up to 6 hours and encourgaged us to not come. We came anyway and to our surprise, the power was on (after only 1.5 hours). How convienient for us. Now I'm not suggesting that Mr. Copeland told us a lie about the power, but my friends in Calera tell me it was highly unlikely that the power was off that day. So, Jim gives us the paperwork and the price is different than the $8,900 that was agreed upon. It included a $400 Doc fee. We explained that the $400 was not mentioned on the Ebay contract and therefore we shouldn't pay it. Jim gives us some lame excuse about the girl who entered the sale on Ebay didn't know to put that and he was sorry, blah, blah, blah! We were upset and explained to Jim that we would give Victory a terrible Ebay rating if the car was not sold to us as advertised. He didn't seem to care. We were so disappointed and shocked that we were basically walking out the door when we asked for the GM. The GM couldn't find the Doc fees mentioned either. He also did not know about the $250 Gift Card that was on the Ebay ad either. Not surprising, there was no Gift Card in the dealership. After far to long, you did sell us the car, for more than $8900. After wasting a week after winning the auction and all day Saturday driving to Calera and disputing with your "Sales Team" about the car, we felt we had to pay the extra and take the car home. The selling price was a good deal; that's why we bought the car! We think that someone else came along, after we won the Ebay bid and offered more money. Therefore, someone wanted us NOT to purchase the car. My suggestion to you is not put auctions on Ebay if you're not willing to honor your word. More

the initial sale was great and i will definatly buy from victory again. However, the evening i purchased my truck it was raining so dustin promised i could come back and get a detail job for no charge. it w victory again. I searched for the same Yukon Denali at two other dealerships and none were able to give me the excellent customer service or the price t dealership. Earl Holley also gave me the most for my trade, which is very important to an owner that takes pride in maintaining excellent condition of my trade-in. All transactions and information given was very transparent; Victory employees as well as the owner were motivated to sell a vehicle and not motivated to squeeze every dime they could from the sell. This car buying experience was very rewarding and I could not be more pleased. Victory gained a longtime customer. More
