We were looking to add a vechicle to take the family on vacation comfortably for four people and luggage. We were about to purchase at Drivers Way when we decided to check online at Victory to see what options they had available. We found the Yukon with everything that we were looking for in our next addition. The salesman George Shirey,was very friendly and helpful pointing out all the options of the vechicle and taking us on a test drive. He also suggested an overnight test so that the whole family could ride and see the Yukon. Having that available was a great option! We purchased the Yukon the next day. More

After 37,000 miles and almost 7 years the dash gauges went out on my 2004 GMC Sierra. I tried looking on the internet and found differing answers about how to resolve the problem. That decision alone saved me lots of money. I called Victory and ended up talking with Russell Joiner about my problem. While checking, Russell discovered a service bulletin for my specific year and model truck. After verifying that my truck did indeed qualify, I stopped on my way to work, let them verify what parts were needed and at that point the part was ordered, and within 7 days, the part was in and installed in my truck. The folks at Victory could have just not mentioned the service bulletin and I would have never known, but they did the right thing and that shows what type of business they have and what type of employees they have. I will definitely be back to Victory and I have no problem recommending them to anyone. Thanks More
