The salesman was friendly and greeted us when we arrived on the lot. There was no "high pressure" to trade. Alex called us back later that afternoon to see what we thought about the vehicle that we had test on the lot. There was no "high pressure" to trade. We looked at several other dealerships at the same model but returned to purchase what we perceived as the best deal. My only complaint is that I made an "out the door" total offer to Alex over the phone. He called me back after talking with his sales manager and said they would take that. When I arrived the next afternoon after work with a combination of cash and a check from my bank, I was told the price was $500 more than the verbal offer accepted the day before. After we refused and got ready to leave, the sales manager agreed to take the original offer plus the $103 cash that I had in my wallet. I didn't appreciate this tactic. Thanks, James Wright More
