I found a vehicle that I wanted to see on the internet and drove up from Prattville. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This was my first independent car purchase. I wanted to be taken seriously, to have my questions well-answered, and to be treated with patience and kindness while I considered and then reconsidered the type of vehicle that would best serve my purposes. I test drove several trucks and was allowed to take them home so my family could give input. This was very helpful towards narrowing down the best truck for me. Mr. Ford made me feel that all my thoughtful considerations were expected and normal. He walked me through the pricing and negotiations with understandable explanations and he represented my interests throughout the entire process. I am delighted with my truck. I have returned to Victory several times to resolve some minor maintenance issues and have been very well treated by Mr. Deerman and the service department. Your waiting area is very comfortable.
