I gave Victory a high rating because of my experience with them. Initially we had some big issues with two cars we had brought to the service dept to be worked on. Upon finding out that we were unhappy an internal investigation was done and an employee was found to be stealing from customers and not completing the work to their cars. Victory immediately fired the employee and pressed charges against him. They also made every effort to make it right to my wife and I as well as other customers who were scammed. Because of their decision to make the situation right with us, we decided to buy a truck from them. They gave us a great price as well as a commitment to service the truck for free for the first two years despite the fact that it was a used truck. The GM Sam, and the service manager Dan both worked with us to make sure that the process was as painless as possible. They realized it was a bad situation and they made every effort to make up for what had happened. Because of the great customer service and the character of the men who are running this company, I would definitely recommend Victory GMC. More

The reason I gave a bad rating in customer service was due to the fact I made an appointment to test drive a slightly used car and then I drove over to hours to the dealership. When I got the dealership, I found out the car I had made an appointment to drive and possibly deal had been loaned out to someone who was getting work done. I was very upset. I was told by salesman that it was close but I got there at 10 am, and the vehicle got back at 1:30 pm. I had arranged financing so all I had to do was make a deal on my trade and sign papers but due to the dealership totally screwing my transactions up I was not able to leave the dealership until 3:30 pm and my husband was suppose to be at work by 3pm and we got back to our house at 5:30 pm. This was not acceptable. I emailed Kari to let let her know I was upset and she never responded. I also only got one key and the salesman promised to get back to me on Monday to see where the other key was and I havent heard at all from him. So therefore customer service was terrible. More
