From available stock to getting exactly what we wanted was our experience during the purchase of 3 vehicles in 2016. We got the highest trade value and the best new car price over several other local dealers. If you want a truck or a van or a sedan I would highly recommend that you check out Victory CDJ! More

Was told that they were breaking bits drilling the necessary holes to install the factory fix (have they ever done this repair I wondered??). Next day they call and tell me they had broken the "fix" part that was to be installed, and it had to be overnight because no one in the city have the "factory recall" part. Meanwhile, I asked them to charge me $250 for a second key fob. They give me a fob, without the key (the blade that fits in the door), saying it would be ANOTHER $33 bucks to fill the hole in the back of key fob, where the key belongs!!! They were also told a priority was to check the windshield for unrepaired damage, as I had a dealer on the hook for unreported damage. Didn't hear about that till i asked a 3rd time about it 2 days later. Not a confidence builder at this dealership, and it is horse manure that they charge $250 for an electronic fob that costs less that $10 to make, and not give you the WHOLE key (it comes from the factory with 2 key fobs and the blade key snugged into the fob). Won't visit again More
Absolutely Horrible All their talk on the radio advertisements about their first price will be better than any other dealers' last price is a joke. Went to drive a Jeep All their talk on the radio advertisements about their first price will be better than any other dealers' last price is a joke. Went to drive a Jeep with intention of purchasing a vehicle. First price that I was given was about $6000 higher than what I had calculated it should be including financing. Left after several minutes of discussion about how unreasonable our expectations were. Went to another dealer and made the deal at exactly the price I expected to. Didn't feel like I had just been slimed. More
Quick to make a sale, not so much on customer service I purchased a 2008 Ford F-350 for my husband on Friday, 6/12/15 as a surprise without him seeing it before I brought it home. Saturday night 6/13/15 I purchased a 2008 Ford F-350 for my husband on Friday, 6/12/15 as a surprise without him seeing it before I brought it home. Saturday night 6/13/15 my husband heard something dragging. He looked under the truck on Sunday morning 6/14/15 to see the exhaust was being held up by an 8 gage wire. My husband had to clean cut the exhaust so it didn’t fall off while driving. He took a picture of the exhaust with the wire still wrapped around it and texted the dealer we had been working with. He said no problem, just bring it in to service. The sales manager had the audacity to tell my husband that the truck must have been off-roading, and that the exhaust fell off from impact. He asked my husband to “be honest” because they found dirt and grass under the truck. My husband explained that we live in the country in a house with acreage, we are having a pool built at our home, we towed our boat on Sunday, and he works on a construction site – all areas where a truck can get dirty. The sales manager continued to insist that my husband caused this by off roading and told him this truck was for towing, not off-roading. My husband reminded him that the reason we bought a diesel was to tow trailers, not to off-road. If we broke our truck by off-roading or just on our own time, we are happy to pay for it. I’m not expecting anything for free, I just want what we paid for. The sales manager was completely rude about the whole situation – he should be more concerned with the safety of the vehicles coming in and out of their shop being passed off in this condition. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership again, and will be telling our friends and family to take their business elsewhere which is VERY sad because I thoroughly enjoyed working with our salesman, Karl Petersen. I recently had to replace my old truck and had decided on getting a Jeep. I looked all over online and found a great deal at Bob Hoss. I was expecting the price to have hidden glitches once I got there but getting a Jeep. I looked all over online and found a great deal at Bob Hoss. I was expecting the price to have hidden glitches once I got there but in fact it was actually what they had quoted. On top of that they were extremely gracious and the whole place had a family atmosphere. I great experience and I walked out with a lovely new jeeps and new friends. More
