My Durango has been there for 3 months waiting on repairs. Told they had our loaner car ready today, and nobody in the department knew about it. Service Manager had no clue his advisor who is on vaca repairs. Told they had our loaner car ready today, and nobody in the department knew about it. Service Manager had no clue his advisor who is on vacation spoke with my husband. Very disappointed for my 1st experience using their dealership. Just to think we wanted to purchase a new vehicle with them. I'll take my sale somewhere else. More

My Review is directed to the Dealership and the Service Department, this is “service” after the sale. I took my 2021 Ram 1500 in for it’s first service since I purchased it today 3-25-23, after they prefor Department, this is “service” after the sale. I took my 2021 Ram 1500 in for it’s first service since I purchased it today 3-25-23, after they preformed the service and after I got home I couldn’t tell that my tires were actually rotated, there were no signs that they were rotated and knowing that rotating the tires increases the life of them, I questioned if they actually did as they said, being that this was on a Saturday and the service department closed once they completed their scheduled appointment’s I was unable to speak to anyone that afternoon, that’s when I left a bad review that I have since deleted, the service manager called me back on Monday morning concerning my inquiry about them doing as they said, he invited me to come by and look at a video that showed the complete service they preformed on my truck including the tire rotation. Not only did they do as they said, I was impressed with the care for the vehicle that was taken while preforming the service, needless to say I immediately apologized for my comments and the poor review I had left for them, I would highly recommend for anyone to take their vehicle to them for any service needs they may have, I know I will. Thank you Victory Dodge for the commitment to excellent service not only to vehicle service but to the customers as well. More

We are losing confidence in the service department our vehicle was under warranty for oil change with tire rotation we had one tire a little different than the other three they gave us ticket that work wa vehicle was under warranty for oil change with tire rotation we had one tire a little different than the other three they gave us ticket that work was completed the service technician even signed off on it got home husband checked tires and they were not rotated if you have your car serviced there you better check behind them because they lie I told the manager of service department and the general manager was told to bring it back More
