The back office communication after the sale is was bothered me. When I contacted the office with questions, I got the feeling of just being given an answer to get me off the phone type customer service. I was an out of state customer, with very thorough knowledge of the Tag and registration process. I had concerns on tags being sent out, and possibly getting lost due to my rural address. The follow through was not a great experience Compared to some of my many previous vehicle purchases at other major dealerships. More
