I came in the dealership, knowing I wasn’t going to be able to purchase the vehicle that I wanted. Well, I met with Colby. He assured me that he was going to make it work. I didn’t believe him. The dealership manage, Kim, even came over, and said the same thing. I just knew, that was a 45 minutes drive, waste of time. They said they were going to make it work. Exactly what I asked for! I took my truck here for an oil change. I knew there were a few other problems with it but didn't want the whole "you need this & that" speech. I booked online and said Oil change and NOTHING ELSE as I am aware of the problems. Finally a dealership that honors my wishes as a customer. I got the oil change and was in and out. They went ahead and listed a few known issues on my receipt but did not waste my time with the whole song and dance. I couldn't be happier. Thanks!! The whole staff was great to deal with. More
