My 18-year-old son took his chevy malibu to Victory Chevrolet to have it checked out due to a shimmy that would happen when he reached 60mph. Within 15 minutes of dropping, it off they called and told Chevrolet to have it checked out due to a shimmy that would happen when he reached 60mph. Within 15 minutes of dropping, it off they called and told him it just needed new tires even though he has just put new tires on it 6 months prior. They never took the wheels off or even drove it to experience the shimmy. When he picked it up, they charged him 184.00 for nothing. As he picked up his malibu he left his new to him 2016 Chevy Duramax due to the engine light coming on. They called him 30 minutes later stating that his truck needed $17,000 worth of repairs. My son was sick as he had not even had his truck 2 weeks, it wasn't even tagged or registered. After discussing it we decided to get a second opinion and I sure glad he did because it was a $500 sensor that needed replaced. Did Victory Chevrolet think my son's parents bought these two vehicles for him and try to take advantage? Were they too busy and didn't want to fix it? I am not sure what their true intentions were, but my son works hard and pay for those to vehicles on his own and paid for the repairs on his own as well. Needless to say, we won't be going back to Victory Chevrolet, nor will we recommend them to anyone. More
So I'll start this by being honest my credit isn't the best, so for that I do have fault in. ALSO, the sales man that helped us has no fault in this, he was really good! So my husband and I were lookin best, so for that I do have fault in. ALSO, the sales man that helped us has no fault in this, he was really good! So my husband and I were looking at a Bolt that they had in their lot. We were told if we couldn't get a different cosighner we would need 1000 to 1500 down for the car(we were both trying to buy). So I pulled a loan out of my retirement fund, my 401K, 1810 to be exact as a down payment. We were then told by Cami that we would need only 1400. Regardless we had the money. We Sent them over what they needed for the loan, my husband left work early, we drove an hour (my husband two hours since he drove an hour home from work) to their dealership AGAIN and were told our vehical was sold 2 hours prior and that they couldn't get us a loan on any other bolt in the lot. (Keep in mind we still have the 1800 at this point). We pushed and tried for something and the best they were going to do was give us $20 for our inconvenience. We did everything we could to get a loan and practically got told to go F**k ourselves.and we also did everything we were told. And keep in mind here's the time of how this all went today. At 12 pm I told then we had the 1810 down payment and told them we would be there at 6pm. Then I sent the information they asked for at 2:30pm keep in mind that car was still there. We got off work, got there and got told sorry it sold AFTER confirming we had everything needed. During the process we had to keep getting in contact with Cami and Julie no one reached out to us. No one informed me or my husband the car sold, their excuse was they were busy and sold 9 cars. Well I work in a warehouse and shipped out 300+ orders via ups and hand typing in the addresses in an 8 hour day and I made time to contact them still. (And let me tell you like anyone who works in a warehouse will tell you typing out 100 to 300 ups orders while invocing them and being a material handler while being on your feet all day is just as busy if not busier then selling 9 cars). Needless to say, we are not pleased, and if you can try not to use this dealership, their financial department is horrible and will screw you over very quickly andnoffer $20 as compensation for your troubles. They also do not take deposits on vehicles so if you do come here and don't get it same day don't expect them to help you out. We are livid! More

My daughter bought a used car from Victory Smithville recently. Her sales representative Mike was a quality human being and treated her with integrity and honesty. It turned out the car had a mechanical recently. Her sales representative Mike was a quality human being and treated her with integrity and honesty. It turned out the car had a mechanical issue. The folks in the repair department immediately loaned her a car and took her car back and fixed it without question. The repair department actually called me directly to apologize for not originally catching the problem before selling the car. The gentleman I spoke to was kind, respectful and appeared to want nothing but our complete satisfaction. Our experience with Victory Smithville has been excellent. I recommend them without hesitation. More
I never leave reviews, good or bad. I read a few and figured it was a fluke.. I was wrong. The customer service sucked. At the end of the transaction they insisted on adding a $998 “dealer fee”. Come to find out, half of it was some add on for tracking stolen vehicles. After driving 3.5 hours to pick up a $32k vehicle, it was obvious it had been wrecked and poorly repaired. THE DOOR WAS A DIFFERENT COLOR SHADE OF PAINT!! The manager and salesperson “couldn’t see it”. I’m colorblind and it’s obvious. Not to mention the melted holes in the dash and bondo that never got blended. I’d be happy to share pictures!! What a JOKE! I’ve never in my life ran across such crooked people. These people should be ashamed. I don’t know how they sleep at night. More
All around amazing experience. The buying experience with Marking Daniels and Jason Spiek was fantastic. They were very accommodating and easy to do business with. I purchased a used truck...a few weeks later, there were some fairly expensive issues uncovered. Despite me declining the warranty at the time of purchase, they bent over backwards to make it right; I was blown away. The service adviser, John was very easy to work with. I highly recommend doing business with these folks! More
Absolutely amazing experience. Car buying is stressful and these guys made it super easy. Had a little hiccup and they offered to come get me, fixed my car, and put me in a loaner.
