I was presented with different options that would meet my needs of three rows of seats and I ended up with a 2012 Traverse, I love it and works perfect for my family. Everyone at Randy Wise in Milan worked very well together and the service department was very friendly when I was introduced to them. I have less than stellar credit and they performed their magic of getting me into the vehicle I needed and that fit my budget. I was skeptical of getting financed at first but was readily put at ease by the professional and courteous service I received. The waiting area is well maintained with TV and internet, coffee, clean restrooms. A friend of mine also purchased a vehicle from his dealership and said the sales people were courtesy and helpful, available but not pushy, he was so right. More

I saw the car in the morning on my way to work. I stopped by on my way home and test drove it. The financials were dealt with and I drove the car home that same day. I purchased a 2012 GMC Sierra Denali with the Duramax ($60,000). They received it from there GMC store. Jackson was good to deal with, he got me what I wanted, but when it came down to the paperwork. All the paperwork had to be re-typed so it took considerably longer than expected to sign the paperwork. No big deal, or so I thought. Then I received the paperwork from Ally bank, my name was wrong, Onstar, my name was wrong, XM radio, my name was wrong. So when I talked to the dealership about this I was pretty much told sorry it is up to me to get with them and get my name corrected. Now I have spent almost 2 hours of my time waiting on hold and going through automated messages trying to get everything straightened out. For $60,000 I thought I would get a little better customer service than what I received. If this is the way they treat their customers, I'm sorry, but I'm going somewhere else. More
