One day after buying it granted it is a 2019 truck the transmission started shuttering again took to dealership and Chad the used car manager stated "YOU SHOULD OF LOOKED IT OVER MORE AND SAID SOMETHING BEFORE YOU BOUGHT TRUCK AND YOU HAD A CHOICE TO BUY IT OR NOT" Basically we paid $58k for truck that was used in a heavy construction hauling company which trashed the truck even dropping a 5th wheel camper on bed of truck wrecking the back of it. Again dealership said nothing to us about it until I asked them about it. I would not recommend this dealership in anyway THRY DO NOT RUN ANYTHING THRU THERE SHOP AND THEY SELL TRASH TRUCKS THEY SAY ARE IN GOOD SHAPE. THE LIE TO GET YOU IN DOOR More
First Class all the way. If you need your car repaired or serviced this is the dealership to bring it to. Justin is the service adviser who went above and beyond to help me.This dealership or any other dealership would be fortunate to have him on their team. I was passing through on my way from South Dakota to Florida with my family. Have a Silverado 3500 Duramax diesel pulling a 5th wheel RV. Truck went into limp mode southbound highway 29. I called and talked to Justin. He told me to try to get it in or he could send a tow truck for me. Being it was already mid afternoon, on a Friday I thought for sure the truck would sit there till Monday before anybody would even look at it. I was amazed when they got the truck in the shop as soon as I had it disconnected from my RV. He then set me up with a loaner to get my wife home for an emergency. It didn't take long to find the problem but they said they would need the mechanic to fix it the following morning which was Saturday. Justin, actually came in at 6am along with the mechanic and they had my truck ready to go by 0830. Justin is a family man and when he saw I had kids and animals all traveling, he went above and beyond anything I've never seen from another dealer. And he is always calm, smiling and very knowledgeable and professional. Because of his help and professionalism, I am looking at one of the trucks on their lot to trade mine in for. I will order a new truck and drive back from Florida because I feel that strong about this dealership. Victory Chevy has the most polite and professional team across the board that I have ever seen. These are very good people, I'll tell you why! I wrecked our Traverse Friday morning. It was totaled and we were stranded at home but we had to have a car. I had known the used car manager Derek Schnepp fro our Traverse Friday morning. It was totaled and we were stranded at home but we had to have a car. I had known the used car manager Derek Schnepp from when we bought the Traverse a little over a year ago. He got us to Alex Davidson one of the sales professionals. I told him about our issue and that we were stuck. He told us not to worry a car was on the way to get us. We made it to the lot this was Saturday and it was busy due to the sale they were having. We met Alex and even though he was still with a customer he took a moment to greet us and soon as he was done, did a great job helping us choose a 2017 Ford Fusion. We had one slight problem we were not able to close on the car that day due to our insurance working to get our Traverse paid off the bank was closed we asked if we could take the car home knowing that we put a deposit down and our bank pre-approving the loan. And we were praying for a miracle. Our luck looked like it ran out when Alex told us the car had to stay there due to policy. However, they did the unthinkable! Alex pointed out the window and said but we can give you a loaner car ( a new Equinox very nice ). We were nearly in tears we never thought a dealership would care enough to go the extra mile to help us. That simple act of kindness helped us get to work on Monday get to the bank on Tuesday to sign papers on the car and we got the car that afternoon. It was the cleanest used car we had bought in a long time. And something that doesn't happen anymore They made sure the tank was full before we drove off the lot. That did not happen when we bought our Traverse from a very popular Chevy dealership in St. Joesph the year before. We had to demand that they put enough gas in it to get to the gas station we got a quarter of a tank the detail job was not very detailed it was still in fact dirty. Integrity in the car business is everything it's what makes us want to return to that dealer when buying or servicing a vehicle. We paid 17,650 dollars for the car we bought. That's not much compared to a 60 thousand dollar truck. Often you are the second-rate customer at some dealers when buying a used car under 20 thousand bucks. But we were treated with the utmost care and respect at Victory Chevy. We are truly grateful for their care and service in making sure we were taken care of and we were able to get to work pick up the kids get groceries. That seems trivial but when you don't have a way to get there it's a big deal. You get what you pay for and we feel that we got more than a car we got a friend in Victory Chevrolet and we are so thankful for their help and we will continue to do business with them again. We were so impressed with their staff and how they treated people. I applied for a tech job there. Ken the service manager is a great person who cares about his customers and it reflects in the rest of his team I have not met one person working there that wasn't kind, respectful, or helpful, and willing to go out of their way to help! Thank You all for coming to our rescue in our time of need. We are very grateful to you all! You all are the best! Best Regards Tucker and Sharon Herndon proud customers, More

They drove the car to us and we ended up purchasing We were not told of any accidents or injuries or “not being a clean title.” There did not seem to be anything of concern to the appearance of the vehicle. We did however happen to notice the side lights to be “popped out” on the front bumper. We than were advised it passed the mechanics inspection and that they would just mail us the front fender rivot clips. This in turn would fix the issue. We called multiple times to see if these “clips” were mailed along with the issue of not receiving the title so we could tax and license this vehicle. We were told they were in the process of obtaining a new one as the previous owner did not send them the original title back and had to request new one. We did not register the vehicle until 6/10/20. We ended up ordering the clips on our own thru Amazon on 5/31 as we never received in the mail as promised. In short the clips were never the issue. The inner fender skirt was completely cut out! This is an approximate 2,000$ repair. We contacted Victory Chevrolet in regards to the issue with no customer service. This is a road hazard as the front bumper could come off while driving and cause harm or injuries to the driver as well as others. They were not truthful and not willing to help solve this matter.
