What a joke! Tried for 2 weeks to set an appointment and no luck. Finally got Erica to tell me just to show up because the service manager turned off all the appointments. I showed up for my service and ch no luck. Finally got Erica to tell me just to show up because the service manager turned off all the appointments. I showed up for my service and check engine light and the little man in the office came out with a pissed off attitude and said leave the car and we will get to it when we get to it. I took my vehicle to South Charlotte Chevrolet and they welcomed me right in the same day. Never going back to Victory Chevrolet where the customer never wins. More
Do not buy a vehicle here, especially used. Salesmen are good at there job, but the service after the sales really sux. I bought a 2019 Ranger on a Saturday in February, returned it Monday with transmission good at there job, but the service after the sales really sux. I bought a 2019 Ranger on a Saturday in February, returned it Monday with transmission issues, and told them of a cracked taillight lens. Being a lane sensor taillight its very important to have. They sent the truck to Tyndol Ford and they rebuilt the tranny, but was not notified about the taillight. Just talked to them again and they won't do anything about the taillight, or give me assistance getting it fixed. Again, stay away from here... More

Tim said that they did and that he had both keys in front of him. On Saturday when we arrived, Tim had one ready for us to look at, but come to find out the other one we were interested in, an employee had been driving it.... So he did not have both keys when we talked the day before. The used vehicle we decided to go with had some good paint chips on the hood and scratches on the doors and hood. They were not willing to negotiate at all on the price, even given the damages. We had to go with the vehicle because my wife did not have a vehicle and needed one by Monday. They also added a $1600 "dealer protection package" that we tried to refuse but they said that it is advertised on their website so they could not take it off..... it was not on their website. When we got back to the finance office, the gentleman that was assisting us never talked to my wife about any of it. Even though we told him that the vehicle was hers, he would only talk to me, which was rather rude to say the least. The whole experience there was not a pleasant one. Would not recommend. More
I contacted Victory Chevrolet in Charlotte about a vehicle they had advertised. The manager was very accommodating when I was unable to get to the dealership untill right at their closing time. I was vehicle they had advertised. The manager was very accommodating when I was unable to get to the dealership untill right at their closing time. I was introduced to Curtis Smith. I couldn't have asked for a nicer person to help me concerning the vehicle I was interested in. From the start to the finish in the process of my purchasing a vehicle from Victory Chevrolet he demonstrated professionalism and a high work ethic. I felt confident that he was sincerely working to provide a high standard of customer service for Victory Chevrolet and doing his best to make sure I was getting the vehicle I needed to meet my needs. He promptly furnished all the information I requested and followed through with everything he said he would do. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I would certainly recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle to contact him for assistance. More

Tiara and Kimberly's follow up was very helpful and professional. Although I didn't buy because the truck that I had wanted was sold, I will definitely only consider Victory in the future and will recommend them. More
Good Prices, Rather Poor Showing in Customer Service Victory Chevrolet gets top ratings for competitive pricing and great selection. I placed a call to inquire about a vehicle and was greeted with professional yet rather cold salespeople. This is understandable in a high-volume dealership, so that is not a huge deal-breaker. Five Stars. Where Victory Chevrolet loses a star is the communications process. With the internet and email facilitating deal-making in what should be the modern era, the old canard about needing to check with a sales manager and making you wait, could theoretically still work. However, I would like to stick with one person, even if a supervisor/manager is included in a CC, so that any questions, clarifications and/or negotiations are wonderfully present in writing and in chronological order. It can be confusing if there are two or more separate threads going on at the same time. Less One Star. Where Victory Chevrolet loses two stars is selling a vehicle to someone else hours after I have agreed to buy it, and I have bought a one-way ticket since I was buying out of state. That is another benefit of having a single person communicating, since I told one person that I would like to make the purchase at 10am, only to get another email at almost 2pm from someone else to let me know that the car I agreed to purchase at their price was being test driven by someone else. I got another email at around 4:40pm informing me that the car had been sold. AFTER I had agreed to buy it. AFTER I had offered to wire the full amount of the purchase, registration and taxes a week before I would pick it up. The cherry on top has to be the final email from the Director of Business Development that simply stated “I am sorry for your disappointment.” Kinda reinforces that cold impression I got from an entirely different employee before. I will say that Tiara was great; she was very outgoing, friendly and understanding, and I hope the rest of the sales staff could learn from her example. Less Two Stars. So all in all, Two Stars total, which I think it pretty generous for a dealership that sold the car I thought I had bought and already bought a plane ticket to go and retrieve. More
