Technicians did not drive vehicle to see what is wrong with it. I dropped vehicle off on Tuesday and did not get it back until Friday. This was second time I explained them the problem that I am having wi with it. I dropped vehicle off on Tuesday and did not get it back until Friday. This was second time I explained them the problem that I am having with my vehicle. It seems like they only want to fix the problem that the computer can diagnose. It’s like they are not true mechanics. My vehicle is not running properly and the check engine light is not on. Looks like I will have to bring my vehicle somewhere else to see if they can solve the problem/ figure out the issue. More
My sales Person Mike was great, very patient and focused on what mattered to me. Where the dealer lacked was , with the same old tactics, that have been used forever, and gives dealers bad names. For example, Great price lures you into dealership, but mandatory package add on and Deceptive interest rate, and terms. The overall experience wasn’t bad. The back office communication after the sale is was bothered me. When I contacted the office with questions, I got the feeling of just being given an answer to get me off the phone type customer service. I was an out of state customer, with very thorough knowledge of the Tag and registration process. I had concerns on tags being sent out, and possibly getting lost due to my rural address. The follow through was not a great experience Compared to some of my many previous vehicle purchases at other major dealerships. More
