Clean, organized, thorough. I walked in and knew what I wanted and my sales agent, Big John, did all that he could to make it happen. I walked in and knew what I wanted and my sales agent, Big John, did all that he could to make it happen. More
Friendly, fast. Great work as promised. Easy to book appointments. Waited with vehicle and it was ready on time as promised. Great work as promised. Easy to book appointments. Waited with vehicle and it was ready on time as promised. More
They didn’t even rotate my tires. Cause they didn’t see nor have the tools to take them off. Like that’s ridiculous. In the past they would call to let me know. Cause they didn’t see nor have the tools to take them off. Like that’s ridiculous. In the past they would call to let me know. More
We were very satisfied with the salesman, Mark Upton who was extremely helpful in explaining to us about the car. All the paper work was ready for us to sign in a timely manner. After purchasing the car M was extremely helpful in explaining to us about the car. All the paper work was ready for us to sign in a timely manner. After purchasing the car Mark took the time to show us all the bells and whistles on the car. Needless to say, we were very satisfied with the car. More
My “diagnostic” test was $155 which I already knew that I had a battery issue due to my car notifying me, telling me that it was a battery issue. My battery cost a total of $259, FOR A BATTERY… Crazy but oka had a battery issue due to my car notifying me, telling me that it was a battery issue. My battery cost a total of $259, FOR A BATTERY… Crazy but okay… Then I was charged $214 for labor, which all that needed to be done was a battery change. Only reason I went to the dealership is because there were some type of poles around my battery causing the mechanic to not be able to get my old battery out. My total for a “diagnostic” test, that I didn’t need and a battery change, cost me $553… Insane to me… I called the “corporate” office and they told me that each dealership was privately owned and they could make their own prices… I WILL NEVER go back to this dealership ever again… What a total rip off.
