Your customer service has utterly failed me in the past and I dread coming here for any needed service even-though my vehicle is still under warranty. Luckily, this time, I had the pleasure of dealing wit and I dread coming here for any needed service even-though my vehicle is still under warranty. Luckily, this time, I had the pleasure of dealing with Trevor and Melanie. Trevor, when I dropped off my vehicle, and Melanie, when I picked it up. They have successfully changed my mind about Victorville Motors enough that I may give you another chance the next time service is due. They were pleasant to deal with, helpful, informative, and didn't leave me high-and-dry when my vehicle had to stay there for a few days. I REALLY appreciated that and I pray that this level of courtesy and professionalism is still around the next time service is due. Kudos to both of them. The issues with my vehicle were not completely resolved, but we are still working on it and I feel surprisingly optimistic about the remaining work. Parts were put on order and I am awaiting the call to return to finish the work when those parts come in. More

Wow! I brought the truck in the evening before the scheduled appointment, and it was promptly accepted. Nice people, but the online and app appointment scheduling absolutely sucks. I will never use the app again. It costs me an extra day for a simple oil change. Leaving town cel came on would not check told to leave it for a few days I have had nothing but issues with this place from trying to get a transmission oil change made a appointment 3 weeks in advance left for a few days I have had nothing but issues with this place from trying to get a transmission oil change made a appointment 3 weeks in advance left 8 hours they call it is completed come to find out they did nothing no oil not sure when we will get some took 8 hours to figure that out I have taken my truck there 4 times turbo issues bad idle continues to regen every 100 miles water and oil temp rises and lowers the last time I was told I needed a air filter that was the issue I approved got charged 80 dollars still no running right then the cel came on for egr I opted to take it to another dealer they said I had a defective egr cooler and bad air filter a off brand applied not mopar part I explained that victorville ram charged me for one gave them the receipt to prove it they say the whole issue with the vehicle looks to be a defective cooler which causes so many regens I have had it looked at by victorville ram because it coded for excessive regens I was told by victorville it was a loose clamp causing it and air filter so driving my vehicle unrepaired what damage have they caused to the turbo and dpf system I would advise anyone with a diesel to take it elsewhere More
