Took my truck in for an oil leak covered under the extended warranty Victorville motors had the truck for 16 days for a 4 hour job no communication between service writer never answered the phone neve extended warranty Victorville motors had the truck for 16 days for a 4 hour job no communication between service writer never answered the phone never return calls they text me on the the 15 th day and said truck was ready to pickup.i arrive to pick it up and looked under the truck there was oil everywhere under the truck loose bolts in the engine compartment and underneath and on the invoice it said they had changed the oil, oil filter and antifreeze and I always put the date and time and mileage on the oil filter when I change it and it was still on the oil filter so they committed fraud right there and no antifreeze in the recovery bottle I had them put it on a rack inside had the service manager come out. He was completely embarrassed and apologetic, but they should have fired the mechanic and the service rider. Unacceptable I reported them to the warranty company. I hope the warranty company sues them. If it was my money I would have sued them I will tell everybody I know never to take a vehicle there and I will never take a vehicle there.
