Your customer service has utterly failed me in the past and I dread coming here for any needed service even-though my vehicle is still under warranty. They have successfully changed my mind about Victorville Motors enough that I may give you another chance the next time service is due. They were pleasant to deal with, helpful, informative, and didn't leave me high-and-dry when my vehicle had to stay there for a few days. I REALLY appreciated that and I pray that this level of courtesy and professionalism is still around the next time service is due. Kudos to both of them. The issues with my vehicle were not completely resolved, but we are still working on it and I feel surprisingly optimistic about the remaining work. Parts were put on order and I am awaiting the call to return to finish the work when those parts come in. More

Wow! I brought the truck in the evening before the scheduled appointment, and it was promptly accepted.
