But I will say when you can spend all day just trying to get a hold of the service dept with no answer it's time to go somewhere else! The only person I got to speak to was the poor operator who also could never get a hold of the service dept. More

On the last five occasions I recall I've always had a problem the work was never done as promised. From what I can see in from what I have talked to nobody there really cares because they have so much business there but the people around them at the counters and excetera are always dissatisfied about something. Last time I went there three days ago for a recall on my diesel truck water pump they called me and told me it was complete went down to pick it up in the afternoon and they tried to give me somebody else's truck and stated that my truck wasn't ready once they worked it out find out I had the wrong truck. I'm not sure what the problem is down there but what up from what I can see is just inexperienced not knowledgeable service people down there and they're just too over come with things to do they need to hire more people and more experienced people. I tried to talk to the general manager for the owner over the past couple years to release some of these problems to him but they really don't care they give you some woman that runs interference form and gives you a bunch of crap she's pretty good at it but nothing ever is accomplished. Will never go back to Victorville Dodge again I understand Palmdale or the one up in that area is way better and was able to always contact somebody on the phone you can never talk to service department on the phone at Victorville Dodge More
A fight till the end. I drive the car and it's still doing the jerking motion I check my transmission fluid it's full but dirty so I take it in a second time I let them know what's going on they check it and says everything's find tires are fine transmission fluid is fine mind you I. Already checked the fluid before bringing it in so I asked to speak to who ever serviced it and I got someone they told me everything is good that's how that transmission runs I told them no that dose not feel normal and if they checked if I needed tires he stated they were good I told him that's a lie I need tires and how about my transmission fluid he said it was fine I asked him if it was clean he said the other guy serviced it but "ya it's clean" I told him that's a lie its dirty I checked it before I brought it so I didn't end up paying for it to get checked a second time now the 3 Rd time still the same issue only this time an indicator came on the dash a lighting bolt sign so we Google and it said it had to do with the throttle body so we told the service advicer and she let the service team know after a couple days they call and said we found what's wrong with your vehicle there are two codes on the throttle body and that it's going to have to be replaced it's going to be $738 parts and labor I was like wow and all this could have been avoided if you guys checked it.i call crysler and I let's them know the situation they said I still have warranty I call the dealership they said I don't finally I called the 3rd party we're I bought it and they said I still have warranty even by the manufacturer. So they just ended up covering it don't go there I wouldn't recommend at all. More

Th So my father in law decides to take a look at new jeeps. As a senior citizen and a Us army veteran, he actually got a great deal 3 years ago there. This time they convinced him to trade in his 15 jeep that was almost paid off, gave him 3000 equity trade and Blatantly ripped him a new one! The tricked him into a lease! Not a purchase. For a 100 more a month than his old payment. Went back the next morning asking to convert it to a purchase. They said no way, asked again and the "owner" said not going to happen, you should have been watching him! Congratulations on elder abuse month! Good luck high desert! There's a new schister in town! His name is Efrain! Thanks for never returning 4 messages too! More

I brought the truck in at 7am and when I checked back that night they hadn’t even started and the truck wasn’t done until the next afternoon. Now we have a recall on the water pump and it’s been a month since I called to make an appt. I’ve been informed by the service dept that I just have to wait until Chrysler sends them only a few parts at a time. No one seems to care about this level of poor service More

We talked to a few managers regarding this so I'll move on to my service experience. We purchased our 2017 Fiat 500X about a month ago. Last week, we began smelling an electrical smell. It has a factory warranty so we took it to our local dealer. The service writer smelled what we were talking about immediately. However, they didn't have a Fiat technician at their dealership. So we were forced to go to Victorville Motors for service. The service writer we spoke to was helpful. We turned in our car Tuesday morning. We called Wednesday afternoon for an update. We were told the technician hadn't gotten to it yet. Luckily, we had a rental! So we EVENTUALLY get a call THURSDAY afternoon that the technician can't find the smell. We were asked to drive down there to see if we can drive with them and get it to duplicated. We drive 40 mins there. They bring the car out and my husband lifts up the hood. We immediately see oil splatter all over the top cover. My husband asked if they had messed with the oil cap at all because the engine didn't look like that prior. They looked dumbfounded and said no. They end up "diagnosing" the smell as engine oil burning off. Why is it that my HUSBAND had to diagnose this car himself? There is no reason for that. He tells us that they will need to order the cap and that our car would be ready for pick up the next day, which was Friday. But the writer informed us that he was leaving for vacation that evening and Trevor would be taking over and that the car will be ready and washed up Friday for us. Friday rolls around, we never received a call! We call Saturday morning. It took us nearly 20 mins and 5 calls to get anyone in the dealership to answer. The writer on duty tells us the car is not finished and that the Fiat technician doesn't work weekends. We finally receive a call Monday afternoon that our car is ready. We pick up the car. It pulls up unwashed. But the worst part is they left our gas tank SO EMPTY there wasn't even a line on our indicator bar!! I called on my way to the gas station and the service writer claimed that factory warranty doesn't pay for gas. I asked if he found it acceptable to leave a tank running on fumes. He claimed the technician is required to drive so many miles to make sure a problem is corrected. This is fine, we understand. But the car was literally running on fumes, I wasn't sure I'd even make it to a gas station. Luckily I did. So our entire visit was a disaster. They had our car nearly a full week only for my husband to have to find the problem for them to correct and it still took 4 days for us to get the car back after that. I will never do business with Victorville Motors service again. Management really needs to evaluate the way their department is running. We have family in Lake Havasu City, AZ and from now on we will wait for service until we are able to visit that dealership out there. More
Very poor workmanship and customer service. I took my vehicle in to have a Factory hitch installed. What started out as a one day job then took 3 days as they forgot to order the parts. Upon pic I took my vehicle in to have a Factory hitch installed. What started out as a one day job then took 3 days as they forgot to order the parts. Upon picking up the vehicle the trim ring around the hitch did not fit correctly. It was nearly falling off. I went to pick up the vehicle when they said they would it would be done and waited almost 2 hours for them to do a software update on the transmission. At that time I realized the trim ring needed to be fixed and the service department stated they would do it at no cost to me and even give me a rental car. I agreed that would be fine I called the following Monday and got no return call. On Tuesday as service advisor advisor finally called me and stated I could come in anytime and the job would take one day. I dropped the vehicle off on a Thursday morning when I return Thursday evening the car had not even been looked at. In the meantime I also had a problem under the dash where the OBD2 port was no longer attached to its mount. There were several zip ties cut from below the dash that I had to fix and reinstall the OBD2 port myself as I was afraid my foot would get hung up and I would not be able to use my brakes. As of today the vehicle is not fixed, the service writer stated that they only had one chance to fix it. When you pay nearly $900 for a hitch install I would not expect you need more than one chance at it, however I am wrong. Luckily for me my credit card does offer consumer protection against shabby work. Please do not take your vehicle here for service go down the hill or anywhere else. After picking up the vehicle the first time there was a fresh body screw in my right rear tire that I More
Unprofessional The service department needs to review what they have listed values on their website Honesty Integrity Respect Loyalty Called to have my truck tow The service department needs to review what they have listed values on their website Honesty Integrity Respect Loyalty Called to have my truck towed in and was advised no problem. The next day they tell me they can’t look at for at least 5 days. So I advised I would be having it towed to another dealer( they acted surprised). As i scheduled to have it towed. I called the service dept. and they would not take my call leaving it on hold for 45 minutes( FYI they use caller ID). When I showed up at dealer to ensure the tow truck driver had no issues. The Dealership has lost my keys. The service manager did speak to me and advised once I get vehicle taken care of to give him a call and he would assist me on my other vehicle that I picked up earlier in the week that still needs repair done that they advised they didn’t find anything during diagnostics. Browning Dodge in Norco. Took care of Diagnostics of my truck and currently repairing( under 5 days). Service advisor Friendly and great service. More

Sales Staff lie to sell vehicles Just received a call from Walt, the salesman that sold us our 2017 Cherokee in July. He said that he had noticed we have not used the service department and wanted to know why. He seamed to be real surprised when I told him that we would never use the service department, and we would never buy another vehicle from Victorville Motors. I had to actually remind him why we were still upset. When we purchased our Cherokee, we made it clear that we wanted dual air. We test drove a 4 cyl and a 6 cyl and decided on the V6 Latitude. We didn't like the grey one that we test drove because it didn't have dual air. Walt found a white V6 Latitude with dual air. My fault, we didn't test drive the vehicle, we took him for his word. We purchased the white V6 Latitude and while we were waiting for financing, Walt came to show us the vehicle. I asked him to show me how the dual air worked because I didn’t see it. Walt told me he would go over everything in detail before we left the lot with our new car. Well, 30 minutes later we sign the paperwork and get the keys and Walt takes us to the car and crawls in the rear seat. I again ask Walt to show me the dual air. Walt immediately states that the vehicle doesn’t have dual air. OMG, that was why we wanted that particular Cherokee. I got out of the vehicle and went inside to the sales manager and told him what Walt just told me. The sales manager was also aware that we wanted dual air. We were very upset that we were lied to. The sales manager and Walt had a brief discussion and we were offfered a used 2015 Cherokee Limited for the same price as the brand new Cherokee Latitude. Really, we don’t think so, just give us what we were told we were purchasing, IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR? Since they were not able to give us dual air, They gave us 3 free oil changes. Seriously, oil changes for dual air. Then the salesman calling us asking why we haven’t used the service department. Victorville Motors, do you want to make this right? We’ll give you a second chance.......put dual air in our Cherokee like we were told it had when we purchased it. Ask Walt about this, he said he remembered when I started explaining. More
