I made an appointment with the dealership for July 27. The tech told me 3-4 days for diagnosing the issues. 7 days later I called and the person answering the phone was not interested in assisting me. Start with Sales, I have tried to purchase 5 different cars from these people, and they were more than happy to let me leave. One sales guys said they get enough business they don't need mine. Wrangler, Charger, Ram 1500, Cherokee, and a Grand Cherokee, all deals that went down the hill. I am glad I went down, we were treated with respect and got a great deal. NOW SERVICE, PLAIN AND SIMPLE THEY WILL NOT HONOR SEVICE AGREEMENT FROM THE MANUFACTURE. Talked to customer care and they said if I wanted to get a loaner, as promised by contract, I would have to go somewhere else. So I scheduled the repairs in Ontario and they were happy to help. As far as I'm concerned there is NO JEEP DODGE DEALER IN THE HIGH DESERT. Go to Ontario. go to Moss Bro's in San Bernardino you will be happy you did. More
WOW!! I sure wish I read all the reviews prior to contacting this dealer. Like many of you here I'm not happy with this dealer. We saw a vehicle we wanted to purchase and verified was on the lot. We contacting this dealer. Like many of you here I'm not happy with this dealer. We saw a vehicle we wanted to purchase and verified was on the lot. We completed the online application as instructed and drove straight to the dealer. Just before we arrived to the lot, the vehicle was sold from underneath us. Not happy with the dealership with this type of selling tactic. Now the dealer continues to contact us daily trying to get us into another car, however, we already purchased elsewhere and are happy with the other dealer. In the future I will do a better job researching and reading reviews. I do not recommend this dealer as a result. More
