My experience the day of my purchase was fantastic. Each person who introduced themselves was polite and helpful. I just completed a follow service and was treated great. My only bad experience was a follow up call to my salesman, who took a shot at me with a smart comment, insinuating I tried to hide information about my trade in. The car was in for service a week before my purchase, a full safety check of vehicle was completed. Read the report, i advised of the main issues. More

Excellent service department! I highly recommend. I was greeted upon arrival my jeep was taken in immediately. Oil change and tire rotation was completed very quickly. Thank you I highly recommend. I had originally written a very negative review of this place and their staff. In my honest opinion, I was treated unprofessionally by a few of their staff with regards to my new vehicle purchase and issue place and their staff. In my honest opinion, I was treated unprofessionally by a few of their staff with regards to my new vehicle purchase and issues with it. I assume that the management read my review, as Sylvia, the guest relations manager reached out to me, and we discussed everything that was wrong with the vehicle. She had me bring the vehicle back in, and her, I and another gentleman walked around the vehicle. They asked me to leave it for a few days, which I did, and they said they would take care of it. As I was walking to my ride home, Tommy, one of the staff that I had an issue with, did personally apologize to me- this was very much appreciated. They actually kept the vehicle for 12 days, which I cannot be upset about. I was given updates every few days by Sylvia or Trevor (a service department employee). When I got it back, I could not hold back my smile- THIS was the vehicle I thought I was buying. I am only giving them 4 stars due to the original interaction, but this is the 3rd vehicle that I have boughten from them, and in a few years, I will go back for another. If you have any issues with this place, I'm telling you Sylvia goes above and beyond- Thank you very much to her. More
