Disappointment I brought my vehicle in this morning for a recall problem. I was told the testing could take all day so I requested a Rent-A-Car only to be told , I brought my vehicle in this morning for a recall problem. I was told the testing could take all day so I requested a Rent-A-Car only to be told , " we don't have any ". So what am I supposed to do, sit here and twiddle my thumbs all day about a situation I am not responsible for? I would've never had this problem at the dealership in Barrington. Worst experience I've ever had dealing with a Dealership. I took my 2013 Ford F150 to Victor Ford in Wauconda for a problem with the Sync Navigation System. The Service Manager was rude and condenscending from the very start. After a few minutes of dealing with this guy I knew that I shouldn't trust him. I left Victor and went to Buss Ford and was greated in a friendly fashion by a Service Manager that actually cares about the customer. More
