I came across Vicksburg Chrysler online and pursued a vehicle I thought I wanted. Brent first helped me and I was quite pleased with his efforts. I came in on a Saturday and purchased a truck. It was awesome, however I realized I may have made a mistake in wanting a truck. I have some physical limitations and the truck actually was too tall for me to maneuver on a daily basis. I called the dealership and brought the vehicle back. At this point, I met Melanie Farrington. She was so understanding and probably one of the nicest people I’ve encountered in a long time. We spent quite a bit of time looking at other vehicles and finding the best fit for me and my needs. I was In a unique situation and she wanted to remedy that.
