She does a great job of actually listening to the client when they talk about their wants and budget and isn't pushy about extras. I love my new-to-me Chevy and I'd recommend the dealership and Daisy to anyone! I will say - if you get a used car from them, they are picky about what work they will and won't do on the vehicle before you get it. The brakes on my car felt a little soft during the test drive and I said as much, they did a brake inspection and found that the pads were all worn down to 5mm. They did not replace them. Ultimately not a dealbreaker, but replacing the brakes would have been something most other dealerships would have done. More

Fast, easy, and pleasant Was looking at Silverados, saw a 2500 on the website, called in and talked to Dave. I was coming that way and thought I'd stop and take a peek. Got Great Service and she went out of her way! I contacted Devin back in December and let her know I was serious about purchasing a new (used) vehicle. I didn't purchase until February. I told her a gist of what I wanted when I first contacted her and she kept her eyes out for it. In the time, there were a few trucks that fit my wants and needs but never heart set on one... One day she contacted me about another truck they had just got in. I told her due to my work schedule I didn't know when I would be able to make it in. She offered to meet me at my job and let me take it on a test drive either during a break or when I got off, even though it would mean her working after hours! So, she met me at my job when I got off one day, we took the truck out, needless to say, I bought it two days later when I was able to make it in. She even worked with me and got me squared away before I came. Once I arrived, I just signed papers and drove my new truck away. Received great service and did it on my time! I couldn't be happier and it's all thanks to Devin and how she worked with me and made it very easy! I definitely recommend her! More

Also when asked about filling the gas tank he said no I'll give you 25.00 dollars xxxx poor if you want a return customer. But over all love the sales guy. That said, disregard the required dealership rating, as that is not what I am reviewing. This review is specifically about the sales team member I was working with, BJ Lewis. BJ went above and beyond to get me the specific information I was requesting, took the time to send me numerous photos that I had asked for (photos that were not included in the listing), uploaded videos of the vehicle to Youtube for me to see, and even video called me at one point to give me an additional point of view. Even though we couldn't close the deal, BJ did a great job and his efforts were much appreciated. More
