Engine Light went on after a trip to Nebraska I called Monday morning and told your service department that my engine light was on. They asked if I could bring the Terrain over and leave it(I live I called Monday morning and told your service department that my engine light was on. They asked if I could bring the Terrain over and leave it(I live in Marion)-we did and they called in about two hours and gave us an estimate and I authorized the repair. In about two hours they called and said it was ready to be picked up. We had apparently purchased some bad gas . We worked with Michael who was very professional. Great Experience I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Before going inside the dealership, I had already walked the used car section and had 2 veh I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. James did a great job explaining the features of the 2014 Malibu, he quickly sold me on it. Once that was done, the cost and financing phase was comfortable and easy. it is clear that the dealership puts the customer first and I am very appreciative of the extra time they took to find me the best financing deal. Best service I have ever received. I was having an awful car shopping experience at Ward Kia in Carbondale. After 20 days of having a car they had me bring it back 7 days before my firs I was having an awful car shopping experience at Ward Kia in Carbondale. I then decided to go to Vic Koenig. I was greeted by everyone which made me feel like it was a family. James then directed me to Russ both very kind and knowledgeable honest people.
