Car Shopping Made Easy I expressed interest in a vehicle online and within a matter of minutes, received an email from James. We sat up a time for me to come see it, but they were very busy. To keep me from waiting any longer, he let Dion take over. Dion was very patient with me and showed me not only the vehicle I was interested in, but several others. I test drove one and fell in love pretty much instantly. He worked with the banks to get me the best rates he could. I was there on a Saturday when most banks were closed, so he let me take the car home for the weekend and called me first thing Monday morning to let me know I had been approved. When I got there, he helped me set up OnStar as well as assisted me in pairing my cell phone. Tommy had all of my documents ready for me and went over them all extremely thoroughly and efficiently. I was in and out in roughly an hour, which was a pleasant surprise. I will be going back to Vic Koenig for my next vehicle and I will also be recommending them to anyone I know. Satisfied customer I went in because I received a letter stating they were interested in by my vehicle. I really needed more passenger room, but am on a really tight bud I went in because I received a letter stating they were interested in by my vehicle. I really needed more passenger room, but am on a really tight budget and didn't want my payments to go up. Alex worked diligently to help get me in a larger, newer vehicle and still stay within my budget. I wasn't ready to make that decision that day, he understood and I went home and prayed about it and was able to make a informed decision w/o being pressured. Alex called me the next day saying he found another vehicle he could possibly get me into and stay within my budget. I decided to make the purchase. Alex was very friendly and helpful.
