On July 8, 2012, I accompanied my daughter to the dealership to purchase her first vehicle. I found Sandal to be warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. This was probably the first car buying experience I dealership to purchase her first vehicle. I found Sandal to be warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. This was probably the first car buying experience I actually enjoyed, relative to the whole process. She REALLY did a good job in not only selling the vehicle, but, in making the entire process less of a pain. My dealings with her will definitely impact my consideration of being a repeat customer. I forgot to include my review of the Veteran's Ford employee, Sandal Sanders. She was amazing. Even though she came in on her day off to assist us, she still provided exceptional service. I am happy that there are dealerships out there that actually care about their customers instead of the cash in their pocket.I would and always will recommend Veterans Ford 100% to anyone who needs a good American car. Just bought a car from Sean. He was a very good salesman and very good on his followup. He was nice and genuinely pleasant to work with. We have bought many many cars through the years and it was never over and very good on his followup. He was nice and genuinely pleasant to work with. We have bought many many cars through the years and it was never overall a good experience. We did have a couple of issues that were handled well. Lorenzo we only met briefly but he was a big help in the process. Finance dept, although we did not use them, were very pleasant as well. We would certainly use Sean again! More

Sean was super patient with me during the little over a month that I was searching for a car. He would always let me know when a car came in that he would think that I would be interested in. Sean and the month that I was searching for a car. He would always let me know when a car came in that he would think that I would be interested in. Sean and the entire staff worked with me to the price range that I needed to be in, and worked with me through different lenders so I could get the right deal. Sean was really friendly and never pressured me into anything that I did not want to do. In the end, I am really happy with my purchase and with my payments. I contacted Veteran's about a Toyota MR2 they had advertised. He sent me videos of the car as I am in the mid-west. Upon receiving the video I contacted him and said I had contacted a mechanic and wo advertised. He sent me videos of the car as I am in the mid-west. Upon receiving the video I contacted him and said I had contacted a mechanic and would have them come out and do a inspection. I asked if there was any need to send him a deposit to hold the vehicle to which he said no that wouldn't be necessary. I had the full understanding that the car would be available for the inspection and if the mechanic said it was a go we would then make the transaction. We just found out that the car had sold and I was told that because I didn't have a deposit to hold the car that it was still up for sale. They said one thing and did another. I guess when dealing with car dealers you really can't trust what they say as I stated that unless the mechanic found something wrong with the car that the sale was a go. I now hope I can cancel the mechanic who is charging 149.00 and I have told others that I would not be interested in the MR2's they had for sale as I thought I had found the perfect car at Veterans. I guess I was wrong and the old saying goes Money talks and your word doesn't matter. I am just very disappointed as I thought after dealing with several dealerships I had found one that was on the Up and Up I was so close to booking flights for my wife and I to Tampa. More
