Sean always goes above and beyond in making sure that all of our needs have been met..be it from calling us to follow-up on service appointments, answer questions, or just check in and see if we need anything from the dealership. He is very personable and really listens to your needs and does not waste time. He is currently working with us as we look into getting a car that help with our commute distance and has taken much time in allowing us to test drive, research, and ask questions...no pressure, and as always he is extremely helpful in answering any questions that come up in the process. He even even arranged for my husband to get a free touch up and paint buff on his car for a minor paint chip he got in a parking lot (we called just to ask if they had some touch up paint we could buy....not only did he have the color ordered, they would not let us pay for it, and setup the appointment with the paint specialist on our time). I was very specific about the color and options I was looking for on my current vehicle. Sean found a car with the exact color and options that I was looking for and personally drove to Sarasota to bring the car for me to test drive (with no commitment). We were very impressed and really appreciated the extra mile that was taken to find exactly what we were looking for. Also, I have been taking my current and previous vehicles to the service department for over five years and have had nothing but hassle free service. My car is always ready early, and the waiting area/sitting area for the dealership is very comfortable. Travis is excellent and really goes the extra mile to answer any and all questions. Kevin in financing was absolutely a dear, so kind. And Jack, he is such a genuinely sweet man. Overall this experience has been the best we have ever had.
