Truck needed a tune up My review of Travis and the service team were excellent! Travis even directed me to Mad Hatter to get the Catalytic Converters replaced. However, what I did notice is how the driver of the escort vehicle was treated. There were words exchanged about his next pick up. He was given a sticky note with a name and number on it. He asked Travis what the address was, Travis told him to call the number and use GPS to locate the customer. Witnessing this and having a chance to "talk" with this guy, it was clear that his english was not his first language. So after talking with him, he's from Puerto Rico, his house was destroyed, he reached out to the US(somehow) and within 2 weeks had a job and moved his family here. His parents are still in Puerto Rico. I asked if it was a huge transition and he said no, the weather is the same and the people are the same. Well, first and foremost the way this young man was treated was not professional and while is english is broken, how hard is it to get him an address? It was obvious he struggled to communicate while on the phone. Here's another thought to ponder - I'm not sure that putting someone with broken english on the phone is a great idea. Use others with this strength and teach those around you to become stronger. Also note: He received a phone call while on my ride where he collected another name and phone number. More
