We got in contact with Sean at Veterans and it was seemless and smooth sailing. He didn’t hound us but had the perfect amount of communication. He didn’t fluff us and was precise and to the point. He was respectful and kind, other dealerships were down right rude and nasty. He appreciated us. We told him we wanted this deal done and that day because we were over dealerships and he made it happen, from home, on his day off. We walked into the dealership our papers drawn up and ready to sign and new 2018 F150 waiting in the front, exactly what we asked for. It was quick with our two inpatient kids and a very smooth sailing process. The customer service since certainly has not disappointed either.
