GREAT place to buy a quality luxury used vehicle!! If you're looking for a quality luxury used vehicle purchase in the north Atlanta area, look no further, these guys are AWESOME!! I had been looking If you're looking for a quality luxury used vehicle purchase in the north Atlanta area, look no further, these guys are AWESOME!! I had been looking for a 2014-2015 Lexus E300h for quite a while, and was dealing with either prices that were too high or dealers unwilling to price their cars accordingly. After weeks of searching, my wife found a 2015 model on CarGurus (yes, just like the commercial) at Versatile, so I drove over to take a look. The car was beautiful - very clean - but it did have a scuff on the left back bumper. Richard and Doc at Versatile took care of it, and spruced it up before I purchased. The price was extremely fair (below market range according to KBB) and the paperwork and sales process (I used a credit union) took maybe 15 minutes tops. When I went to pick up the car, unfortunately, there was another scuff in another location. Again, Doc went out of his way to get it repaired and cleaned up, even making sure that residual compound was removed from the interior before I drove away. Great service, exceptional value, and committed customer service. I highly recommend visiting Versatile - they have an incredible collection and Doc is great to work with! More

I called inquiring about a 2015 Lexus NX and when I arrived my salesperson Richard tells me that they just got a 2016 model in ( A BOLD FACE LIE). I test drove both vehicles and decided that since the 2016 was a newer vehicle with the lesser mileage I would purchase that model. During my time with Richard, he tells me and my mother that it is their policy to have all of their vehicles inspected and maintained at their designated dealership and there's paperwork with proof of that. Now when I looked at my car there was no paperwork but I did not make a big deal out of it because the service sticker on my window states it has been completed and the next service interval is Feb of 2019. I decided to make an appt with Lexus to do a thorough inspection to ensure the vehicle was mechanically in good condition since its still under warranty. Two days after I scheduled my appointment the Blind Spot Monitor system gave me a malfunction error message I did not worry too much about it because I already have an appointment and the car is under warranty. THAT SURE WAS NOT THE CASE! After dealing with my service advisor he informs me that VERSATILE took the vehicle to inquire about the same error message on October 5, 2018, he also informed me that it would not be covered under my warranty because the code his mechanic gave him was "C1AC1" which is an indication of DAMAGE DONE BY IMPACT! He continued and informed me that Versatile received the same code when they took the vehicle on Oct 5th. The repairs will cost $1,687.07. They also found that my rear hatch and hood does not align properly which is an indication of bodywork! The paperwork that was supposed to be in my car with the service history from the dealership as promised by Richard was PURPOSELY HIDDEN DUE TO THESE IMPERFECTIONS WHICH BRINGS THE VEHICLE VALUE DOWN TREMENDOUSLY! I immediately contacted Walter (The General Manager) and he proudly states that this is first time hearing about this and they do not purchase vehicles with such imperfections he tells me that he will contact the Lexus dealership and get back with me. LIES AFTER LIES AFTER LIES!!! The owner admitted that the vehicle has been in the shop and has been repainted. They are quick to say purchased "As Is" BUT the exception to the "AS IS" clause kicks in when LATENT DEFECTS ARE PURPOSELY NOT DISCLOSED UPON SALE THAT IS FRAUD!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PLEASE HEED MY WARNING ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!! More

Rude!! My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Versatile Collection early last month. It started out as a fine experience. We worked with a salesman named My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Versatile Collection early last month. It started out as a fine experience. We worked with a salesman named Sulaiman “Doc” who was friendly and made the process seem easy. Our issues started after the purchase process began and ended up being awful! I feel that it is important to let future purchasers know the people at the Alpharetta office are incompetent at correctly completing paperwork because it ended up costing us a lot of time driving back and forth to correct their mistakes, and it almost cost us a lot of money. Their mistakes included: 1. The trim level was listed wrong on our initial bill of sale, so it had to be redone. 2. After the purchase, our bank noticed the VIN was incorrect on all paperwork. We had to void our original check and waste time at the bank having them cut us a new one. We also had to completely redo our sale with Versatile Collection, which took an hour and a half. 3. They calculated our sales tax wrong and let us know after the purchase was completed that we still owed money. More on that: About four days after our purchase was when I got a TEXT (in my opinion extremely unprofessional) saying that there was an issue with how our car taxes were calculated and we actually still owed the dealership $525. What?!? I spoke with the store manager Walter and he was nice enough, but he kept insisting the mistake was due to computer error. In looking back, it may have been, but it should have been very obvious to them while processing our purchase. (Did they even proofread the sales documents?) At first they threatened to hold our title until we paid in full, but then we went back and forth with Walter about who should pay and how much. While dealing with Walter, I then got a phone call from our original salesman, Doc. We had not been dealing with him anymore so I was confused why he was calling at first but then it became obvious his only intention for calling was to patronize me. He said to me over and over again in our conversation, “I hope you feel good about yourself mam, this is coming out of my pocket” and “congratulations mam on finding a loophole around paying.” It was quite a 180 from the bubbly demeanor he had just a few days earlier. All of this makes me wonder if they really are THAT bad at paperwork or if this type of thing is some sort of tactic for getting people to buy cars at lower price points and then coming back at them for more money when the dealership knows they’re too far in, plus holding the title as a means of leverage. Either way, my advice to anyone looking for a car here is to RUN. Doc said multiple times during our dealings in person that he’d love if we left him a review. Well here’s your review, Doc. More

Just bought a 2016 Nissan Altima from them that was certified inspected by Nissan (receipt and everything). Tire was flat when I did my test drive, they filled it up afterwards. Thought that was the end of it but turns out the wheels on the front were damaged (and couldn't feel it because the flat tire on the test drive.) Looks like the previous owner locked the breaks and burned all the tread up in one spot. I was promised that everything was up to safety standards and in good condition. Because they said this, its a breach of contract because they lead me to believe something that was untrue of the car. They wont answer my texts or calls . But I'm not going to hire a lawyer over two tires. Just trying to warn others that they are pretty shady and shop elsewhere if you can. More

They will say anything to get you to buy the car but they don’t stand by thier cars not even for 30 days. Don’t buy a car here like a previous comment said they don’t properly inspect their vehicles mechanically and their excuse when you go back is that they are not mechanics. Don’t buy a car here More
