Do not go anywhere else for a car! Jeremy was my sales associate and upon my arrival he had my selection pulled up front and ready for a test drive. My Hyundai Elantra was immaculate an Jeremy was my sales associate and upon my arrival he had my selection pulled up front and ready for a test drive. My Hyundai Elantra was immaculate and everything I thought it would be. And then I saw the other 3. Jeremy let me test drive the 4 cars and I can't say enough good things about Jeremy and this dealership too. Jeremy had every car available right after my test drive. A license was all that was required to do the test drive and Jeremy didn't have to go with me so I felt extremely comfortable during this process. I fell in love with the black sport model so I took that up front and started my deal. I didn't have to haggle down the price because they were lower than any dealership I went to. Large and small ones. Then came the financing and that went very smoothly. I didn't have the best credit and the initial price was higher than I wanted to pay. I had the time to explain my situation better and he was able to get the interest rate down to a level I wanted. Then I bought the car! You will not be disappointed with this dealership. Every car on the lot was immaculate. From the Maserati on down to my Hyundai. That Elantra is for my daughter as a graduation present with her going off to college in the fall. It was a 2017 and she adores it. More

Wonderful car buying experience! I had the best experience buying my used TOYOTA Avalon from Versatile Collection! This was the first time I had ever bought a car on my own, so of cou I had the best experience buying my used TOYOTA Avalon from Versatile Collection! This was the first time I had ever bought a car on my own, so of course I was a little nervous to start with. But once I walked through the doors, the sales woman named TK made me feel right at home. TK wasn’t pushy at all and she did not pressure me one bit. Upon my request, she gladly let me drive the car to my own private mechanic to have a second inspection done before I went along any further in the process. TK was more than willing to negotiate with me (I ended up getting the car for a few hundred dollars less than what they were originally asking for it), and she hooked me up with a great low interest rate car loan too! I can honestly say that this was a wonderful car buying experience for me..it was nothing like the nightmare you hear about at most dealerships. *To all you potential car buyers out there: if you like dealing with genuine sales people that DO NOT badger you to death, and if you want the best deal possible on a car, this is the place to go! Happy customer I'm always nervous shopping at used car dealerships and dread the inevitable pushy, slimy used car salesman. However, my experience at Versatile Colle I'm always nervous shopping at used car dealerships and dread the inevitable pushy, slimy used car salesman. However, my experience at Versatile Collections was not like that at all. Their pricing is competitive, they have a great selection, and I never felt pressured by anyone. Doc was incredibly helpful and friendly without going overboard to "sell" me on anything. It's rare to find a sales team that is not only helpful and efficient, but respects your space and autonomy as a buyer. And most importantly, I love my beautiful new car! Haven't had any trouble with it yet aside from a slight bit of sticky steering which is apparently not uncommon with Lexus, a blown subwoofer that I knew about before purchase, and the tires are low on tread but that's not uncommon when dealing with used cars. Otherwise, it drives like a dream and everything works as it should. I'm a satisfied customer and will consider this dealership again next time I'm on the hunt for a new car. More

The buying process was smooth and simple it's the what came next that gets 1 star.Me and my family went looking for a mini van Monday. This place was supposed to been a trust worthy one to deal with so we went there. The van we came to look at the motor was messed up in the window it wouldnt go down or up and the vehicle made a noise when we test drove it. I didnt wanna risk getting it and it messing up on me so we asked to look at another van they had. It seemed like a great one it was a bit out of my price range but we went ahead with it. We looked and test drove but at this point it was getting late and my two kids were hungry and ready to go. We got it headed to eat then drove home. On the way home we heard this loud pop and a funny noise. We pulled over at the next exit we came to and discovered a plastic piece under the bumper fell off and was dragging the road. Went to the closest walmart and bought some zip ties and my dad rigged it. We still had 3 hours till we were home we had come from a different state. The problem with the under part of the bumper is that the screws apparently fell out while we were driving or it was missing some and the rest came out. Get to my parents to get my kids out of my moms car and put in the van and one of the doors messed up! It won't open but a little and closed right back. This van is a 2015 Toyota sienna with 42000 some odd miles. So of course I start freaking out I am 21 weeks pregnant with two kids and my new to me van has stuff wrong with it. I made a appointment the next day at the closest Toyota dealer and paid 55 dollars for them to tell me that the the cable is broke, the hinge is warped, and that the motor might be messed up they wont know till they fix the rest. Its gonna be anywhere from 500 to 1000 dollars to fix between labor and parts. So of course I call doc the man we bought it from and he tells me I will have to talk to manager. So after yesterday and today finally talk to him and he said there is nothing they can do for me they only made 300 dollars off the vehicle. Talked to doc and he said he was a sorry they only made 700 off the vehicle and there wasn't anything to be done. I understand once you drive a car off the lot it is yours but I have ran into things before with used vehicles and the other lots have always made it right. I feel like we got taken advantage and I understand people in general only look out for themselves but I have two kids and am 21 weeks pregnant. We live paycheck to paycheck and work hard to make ends meet. I really didnt wanna blast anyone or any company but if your word is not good and your vehicles are not reliable then other people should know so they do make the mistake I did. More
