I have always been cautious about smaller independent dealerships but this was a great experience. It was a very easy purchase with no pressure. Doc was my salesman and he was great. They forgot to around $500 for title into our transaction. Called me after the deal was done and I had the car asking me to pay or they would hold my title. The sales person called yelling at me about the issue saying that I was stealing money from him…even though it was his mistake. He didn’t even give me the chance to respond bc cause I was planning to pay it, did t really know any better, but in the end I offered to bring the car back if it was that big of an issue. I didn’t want it anymore. They were apparently just upset at their mistake and trying to scare me bc they ended up sending the title anyways. The salesperson “doc” was awful. They also put the vin number into our paperwork wrong the first time and caused my husband a whole day having to go back to our credit union to redo paperwork before things could be processed. Overall a really poor experience I wish we never had. Would not recommend to anyone. More

Im just a hard working person, and I saved for a reliable car. They sold me a car that I was told is unsafe, and cannot be driven. You cannot legally sell a car that is missing a catalytic converter, this company did. I got the car delivered to learn that it did not have the engine they claimed it did, the fuel line didn't fit, and gas converter, this company did. I got the car delivered to learn that it did not have the engine they claimed it did, the fuel line didn't fit, and gas poured out onto the roadway, and there is a hole in the block. Upon doing research of the service record, we discovered that this company knew all of this. There is NO emissions, and knowing that, they will not take the car back, and now we need to pursuit other avenues. They have made it impossible to resolve the issue. More

I initially enjoyed my experience and thought I was getting a great deal, but 2 months after buying the car I am having to pay $2000+ in repairs, including a completely dead batter, wheel bearings, air getting a great deal, but 2 months after buying the car I am having to pay $2000+ in repairs, including a completely dead batter, wheel bearings, air filters, and basically a complete workover on my car. I don't believe it's a coincidence that all of these issues began after the 30 day period to go back to the dealership. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More
