Bait and switch is what we experienced. Received an email quote from their dealership. We called twice, talked with two different sales to confirm on the pricing and Mitsubishi 0% offer. Received an email quote from their dealership. We called twice, talked with two different sales to confirm on the pricing and Mitsubishi 0% offer. Drove over 100 miles, as suspected they did not honor their quote and 0% offer. We left, they called and we agreed on a deal again, and they back off on the agreed upon deal again. We spent hours there, drove over 100 miles each way, also got a credit check which will last for two years. We were also told they don't know which system the online quote was generated. We felt they lack transparency, competency and honesty. More

Agreed to an OTD price prior to arriving at the dealership. Once I test drove the car "Yoyo" changed the price. I told Yoyo that we already agreed to the OTD price, which was in writing, he proceed dealership. Once I test drove the car "Yoyo" changed the price. I told Yoyo that we already agreed to the OTD price, which was in writing, he proceeds to say, "I'm not paying your taxes and fees!" Apparently they do not honor the previously agreed to Out The Door price. Very disappointing! Drive an hour and a half to buy this vehicle for my son, he was so excited. The sales manger stopped me while leaving and tried to work a deal, but would not sell me the car for the agreed to price. More
