With a lttle 'discussion' we were able to come to an agreement on price and then Big Lou stepped in. He attained my financing and with NO hard sell at all let me know all my options.I had a sun roof installed after I picked up my new Cruze. I was given a beautiful loaner car. The work was done perfectly AND on time! I LOVE this car! I will def go back to Ron and Carter for my family's car needs. More

Rich was patient and really took his time on finding us the right vehicle that met all our criteria. A couple of days later we drove off in our 2011 Chrvrolet Cruze 2LT.
