I recently purchased a 2008 malibu from Carter Cheverolet in Manchester Ct. the service was great!!!! I was looking to buy a new Chevy sedan and decided on a Sonic. Carter Chevrolet had the vehicle I was looking for so I called and made sure they still had the car in stock. We made an appointment to come see the car for 2 pm and the vehicle was already ready for a test drive when we arrived. The vehicle was washed and prepped for our test drive. Before we left for the test drive the salesman explained many of the features of the Sonic to me and made sure I was comfortable before we pulled out of the lot. After the test drive we proceeded inside to talk about my trade in value and financing terms. I had some concerns over my trade in value so the salesman left and came back with an offer we could both agree on. I'm not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to car purchases but he was very respectful and I felt he had my best interests in mind. That is a very important part in my decision making process to buy or not to buy on the spot. The financing process went very smoothly and the finance officer we worked with was very friendly and informative as well. The dealership was very clean in appearance and the price for my new car was in line with other dealers in the area. The deciding factors for purchasing here were the exceptional treatment we received as customers and the friendliness of the staff. I would recommend Carter Chevrolet to anyone looking for a great deal with a very nice group of people to deal with. Five star rating in my opinion. Paul G. More

I bought a very nearly new Mazda Miata from Carter of Manchester. I live in Canada so I had to trust the dealer to give me accurate descriptions and be honest about the condition and features of the car Manchester. I dealt with Nora and she was very professional and quick to respond to emails and get back to me by phone. I paid a fair price for the car, I did not have much bargaining power as I was expecting that the dealer would have to do a little more work for me than a US buyer, but I am happy with the price I paid and I certainly paid less than the Canadian new price. Nora helped me with some of the paperwork for exporting the car from the US and importing to Canada which made the process much easier, and she confirmed the warranty status etc for me. Lisa dealt with the shipping company I had hired to ship the car to the Canadian border and confirmed when the shipper had taken delivery. I am very happy with the service I received from Carter's. I would highly recommend them and I'd be happy to do business with them again. More

Me and my dog were driving by Carter Chevrolet and saw a truck that I wanted to look at so we pulled in and noticed it was around closing time. (and had thought it was closed already.) Jimmy took the time to show me the truck and did not rush me. He was very frendly and never pushed me into buying. (or leaving) I talked to him for a while about trucks and other things even past closing time and ended up taking it home over night for a test drive. The next day I returned the truck and told him that I liked the truck but it was just out of my price range. We talked some and he said he understood but my trade in was still worth more than I thought and he could get me where I needed to be. I thought right,so we went in and crunched some numbers. To my suprise he was right I did not pay anymore then I wanted to. The next day I drove home in my new used truck. I was treated with respect and never felt pushed. I will tell every one looking for a new or used car or truck to go there. I will never go to another dealer again. Every one I talked to there WAS HELPFUL AND FRENDLY.
