I can not say enough about my recent visit to Carter Chevrolet. I arrived with my fiancee and was greeted by Brien Meehan almost immediately. After some introductions I explained to Brien that I was i Chevrolet. I arrived with my fiancee and was greeted by Brien Meehan almost immediately. After some introductions I explained to Brien that I was interested in a lager SUV and that I was looking to be buying in the next 6-8 months maybe sooner depending on when I found a house to buy. Brien knowing fully that I was not looking to buy that day asked why I was looking for an SUV. After explaining that we were getting married and looking to start a family and that we were interested in the Suburban. He then showed us all of the current SUV models availible inside and out from the Equinox to the Suburban. After showing us all of the vehicles and knowing we were interested in the Suburban he gave his opinion that the Traverse may be big enough for our needs and more cost effective for us seeing as we were also looking to get a house before we bought a new vehicle. He then allowed us to test drive both the Suburban and the Traverse, again knowing full well we were not looking to buy that day. He explained to us the different otions with leaseing and taking a loan out on the vehicle as well as possibly getting a certified used vehicle in either model along with warenty options. At no point did I feel presured to buy a vehicle that day or even anytime before my 6-8 month period I was looking to wait nor did he push the more expensive Suburban knowing that was the SUV I was more interested in. I have never felt so comfortable or relaxed at a dealership as I did that day. My only hope is that Brien will still be there when I am looking to buy. A+++++++++ for Brien and Carter Chevrolet. I have always dreamed of owning a new Chevy Silverado 1500 since before I started driving. Now that I am done with school and have a "big boy" job I was able to make that happen with the help of Andrewe 1500 since before I started driving.
