My experience was great. Everyone was friendly and had a smile on. Alan was very knowledgable about the car with showing me how things work and how to set up On Star. Wow what a pleasant experience since we had just left another Chevrolet dealer in East Hartford and they were pushing and ot pleasant Well as soon as Jimmy walked away my daughter found a Malibu she liked so Jimmy went to get the keys I said to my daughter we are not leaving here without buying a car from Jimmy he is so pleasant ant not pushy. Well we went for a ride in the Malibu and we got back they looked at er trade ave us the payments we bought the car. It was so nice dealing with Jimmy he made us feel important and he genuinely cared about my daughters needs and answered all of her questions.
