They are prompt with their estimates and do not do the work until the "ok" is given. Steve Carter, the owner, has given me personalized service, and advised me several years ago NOT to trade in my car (which would have resulted in a loss for me) until it was more financially feasible two years later. When it was right to trade in my old car, he introduced me to Jimmy Fuska, who was truly willing to go the extra mile to help me find the right car for my family. Ray Maher is one of the sweetest people to deal with. He knows my family by name, and knows our cars very well. And the newest member of the team, John Machado, is always polite, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with.
