The team brought the car in quickly and when the job was done it was done correctly unlike most other dealerships I've dealt with. I am most definitely recommending to everyone I know. More

My car was ready for me to be picked up within a few days, and Andrew took the time to sit down with me to show me every button in the car the day I got it! I also worked with Paul and Lou who helped me get within the monthly payment I wanted to be in, and made me feel comfortable the whole step of the way. Was hearing noise in engine and simultaneously received letter from Chevrolet regarding worn timing chain pins. Called Carter Chevrolet, appointment was set up immediately. I dealt with Mark Cross and it was a great experience to work with him. He took time to explain to me what each car I looked at had for features. And when I decided on the 2011 Cruze he explained everythin work with him. He took time to explain to me what each car I looked at had for features. I never felt rushed or pressured when I spoke to him. I also stopped by on a day when Mark was not there and told Andy Repay I had spoken to Mark and would like to take the car out for a ride-Again this sales man did not hestitate to take me out for the test drive. Also the other two gentlemen I had interaction with was Paul Koldras and Lou Martin which I thought were great to work with. I would recommend Carter to my friends with out any hesitation. For me, car shopping is like pulling teeth-- an unbearable chore that I never look forward to. The high pressure sales, arrogant sellers and level of misinformation given to customers makes me ver unbearable chore that I never look forward to. The high pressure sales, arrogant sellers and level of misinformation given to customers makes me very uncomfortable. Which is why my experience buying from Carter Chevrolet was so great. I worked with a great, knowledgeable sales person who helped me find the car I wanted, in a very comfortable and casual sales setting. I never felt pressured, or as if I were being strong armed in to a purchase. Having only had my new car for one day, I can't really say exactly how happy I am with it (these things take time to adjust to, obviously) but I could not have had a better sales experience on the transaction itself. If I had one drawback in this experience, it was regarding my trade in... I traded in a 2005 Chevy Cobalt with 235,000 miles on it (I loved to drive it, obviously) and I feel I did not receive as much value on the trade in as I could have, and little reassurance that the car I loved would go to a good home instead of being sold for parts. However, I understand that much of that is based less on practicality and more on being a sentimental and proud car owner who loved and appreciated his vehicle more than anyone else possibly could... and I did appreciate the candor and honesty of the Business Manager with me regarding my old car. My new car, a 2013 Chevy Cruze, is the fifth car I have owned. But my experience purchasing it from Carter Chevrolet was far and away the best car buying experience I have ever had, and for that I thank them. More
