They are the best! I bought a car from them 6 months ago and it had a ton of problems. I know the dealership itself was not at fault, but everytime something broke they I bought a car from them 6 months ago and it had a ton of problems. I know the dealership itself was not at fault, but everytime something broke they fixed it for free and gave me a car. Mackey was fantastic listening to me yell and cry and still only wanted to make it right. When it had a big mechanical issue he finally said "I'm going to get you out of this car and into a better/safer one." I didn't even think that was possible.. they are going to buy out my loan and get me into the same car fully loaded for the same price. I was in a mix of tears, excitement and relief when I left, not to be stuck in a seven year loan with a car that already has so many problems. When I told my family members even they where shocked a dealership would do this for a customer. I believe my sister said "unheard of from most dealers". She was actually so impressed she going to be buying a new car soon and they will be her first stop. I know a dealerships reputation is everything but they really take it to the next level. I'm only 30 and they earned my business for a looooong time, they definitely know how to retain customers....Thank you Carter Chevrolet! More

Awesome!! Mark Cross was amazing from start to finish!! We came in looking at the Bolt EV. He was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond. After a warm greeting, we sat down with Justin, who posed the perfect inquisitively helpful questions and then truly listened to our responses. It was very obvious from the get go that Justin was concerned with learning our needs and trying to fulfill them. One could not ask for more in a quality sales person. Within minutes, Justin had two vehicles pulled up, running, heated seats already on (one of my criteria) and ready for us to test drive. When we weren’t quite ready to make a decision on either of those vehicles, Justin, listened to what our objections were and arranged for another, more suitable showing later in the week. Justin kept in touch with us through the whole process, always available to answer any questions. There was NEVER any pressure to make a decision, just sincere attention to work with us to meet our needs. From our first meeting with Justin, he displayed a perfect blend of helpfulness, without the aggressive pushiness that we find so insincere and off-putting. For us, sincerity, ability to trust, and a salesperson who puts our needs above his sales quota, is paramount. As we continued our car shopping and comparisons, we were shocked to find out that this, apparently, is NOT a standard within the industry.
