We came to Carter Chevrolet after a negative experience with another dealership. We were happily surprised to find that car shopping at Carter was an entirely different and better experience! Jimmy Fuska and Michael Moore made the car finding and purchasing process FUN, which was drastically different than the frustrating and stressful experience we have had with many other dealerships. Jimmy worked with us tirelessly to find the exact right car for us, despite many obstacles in relation to the high demand over the Labor Day weekend (although I believe Michael was also quite instrumental in this process). Not only did he find us the exact car we really wanted, but he made it fun along the way. The staff at Carter were friendly and very easy to work with. They went above and beyond what we would have expected (and we have high expectations!) from a purchasing experience at any dealership. Jimmy knew exactly how to navigate the dealership's inventory system to help us find options that suited our need. He even offered to have us come by again a few days after we purchased the car, once we became more familiar with it, to show us some of the features that we were too overwhelmed to absorb the day of purchase. Overall the service was performed promptly and at a fair price. However, the tire pressure was set to 35 psi which is not the factory recommendation.
