I usually look forward to a new car purchase as an event similar to having a " root canal". I think Jamie, the service manager, is a stand up guy and I also like working with Amanda, the service writer. Carter's parts department is up and down at best. My wife's 2005 Mercury Montego required servicing once again,and it was felt that this enterprise would not be an inexpensive one. Called Ray Maher on Monday,and he was able to get the car in the fol once again,and it was felt that this enterprise would not be an inexpensive one. Called Ray Maher on Monday,and he was able to get the car in the following day. About two hours after the car was dropped off Ray contacted me to inform me of the service that my wife's car required. I was also given notice of just what the entire bill would come too as well. As I have great confidence in Ray's knowledge,and integrity,I gave the go ahead to perform the service. Once again another positive outcome when dealing with Ray Maher. We have four vehicles in our household,and they all come to Carter Chevrolet because of Ray. Craig Cinquemani More
